Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using here.page (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

HerePage is a hosted page builder. You can create one or more pages that present links, text, images, and contact information, accessible at a public URL.

We use magic-link sign-in: a single-use link is sent to your email. Treat the link as you would a password — do not share it. You are responsible for the content on your pages and for any activity under your account.

You agree not to use the Service to publish or distribute:

• Illegal content or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Harassment, threats, or content that targets individuals.
• Impersonation of another person or organization.
• Malware, phishing links, or anything that misleads visitors.
• Spam or unsolicited bulk content.
• Adult or sexually explicit content. (We may revisit this; for now the answer is no.)
• Content that infringes intellectual property you do not own or have permission to use.

We may suspend or remove pages that violate these rules. Where practical we will tell you why.

If you submit a page to the 5DayDeal contest, the detailed contest rules at /g/5-day-deal-spring-2026 apply in addition to these Terms. The host may select winners at their discretion, and submitted pages may be featured publicly during and after the contest period.

You own the content you put on your page. By using the Service you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you and to the people you share your page with. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups that age out over time.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to other users or the Service. On termination we will delete your data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to backup retention.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be preserved indefinitely.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which we are headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction.

If we make material changes we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
